FOB Chino, CA. Your order will be shipped within 1 business day (subject to availability) by UPS or FedEx ground unless otherwise specified by you.
All orders shall be paid by credit card or other means prior to shipment of goods, unless the customer has been approved for net terms, in which case the customer shall pay within the time limit of such approved terms. A finance charge will be added daily to any unpaid balance on past due amounts at an APR of 10%. Purchase Orders may be refused if the customer is in default of payment terms. All orders are subject to shipping and handling charges. Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Samples are charged at 8 dozen or less pricing.
Returns are not accepted without prior approval by Access Headwear. Approved returns are accepted in original cartons and charged a 15% restocking fee. Access Headwear cannot accept the return of embroidered or imprinted merchandise. Please check your order carefully before embellishing. Returns not accompanied by an Access Headwear Return Authorization number (RA#) will be refused at time of delivery.
1 dozen per color, per style.
For custom order in or not on our current line, the minimum order quantity is 300 pieces per style, per color. A 50% deposit is also required on all custom production. Failure to pay remaining balance of a custom order within 14 days of finished production will incur a storage fee of 10% of the total invoice amount.
Discrepancies & Typographical Errors
Notify customer service of any discrepancies including damages, shortages, or incorrect fulfillment. Claims must be submitted within 7 days from receipt of goods. In the event, there are any mistakes in our printed or digital catalog Access Headwear. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed incorrectly. Access Headwear. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Access Headwear shall issue a refund to your credit card account.
